Lourdes Norton is the owner of Twin Realty Group + Interiors, a leading boutique real estate & design firm that joined Compass in 2020 and specializes in buying and selling residential properties throughout the Austin Area. In addition to residential real estate, they offer interior design services to help clients complete the vision they had in their minds when they started looking for a new home. Twin Realty + Interiors’ mission is to see clients thrive in their dream home. They are committed to prioritizing clients’ objectives and long standing relationships over transactions.

Born in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Lourdes is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. She has always been fascinated with art, history, design, and architecture—all of which perfectly align with her love for travel and cultural discovery. More recently, she decided to take those interests a step further and pursue her other passion: interior design. After many renovations of her own and studying at the New York School of Design, she knew it was time to extend interior design services to her clients—and Twin Interiors was born. Through this new venture, Lourdes and her team help clients transform spaces to fulfill their vision of a dream home or add value to properties preparing to hit the market.

Beyond real estate and design, Lourdes finds joy and connection through her passion project—teaching and sharing Mahjong. What began as a personal pastime has evolved into a meaningful way to bring clients, neighbors, and friends together. Her Mahjong gatherings have become a signature part of her community—where strategy meets connection, and laughter fills the room. For Lourdes, it’s more than a game; it’s a way to build relationships and celebrate life’s beautiful moments together.
